About Coach

I’m a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer who got hooked on CrossFit thanks to a friend. Before that, I stayed active with kickboxing, running, spin, and jiu-jitsu, but CrossFit was the first thing that truly had it all: strength, conditioning, skill and a community that feels like family. It’s also where I met my husband, so yeah…it’s kind of a big deal in my life.

Turning Point

As a coach, I love helping clients discover their strength, build confidence, and surprise themselves with what they’re capable of. For me, coaching isn’t just about the workouts, it’s about showing up for yourself in a way that carries into everyday life.

Motivation & Passion

Outside of the gym, you’ll find me hiking, gravel biking, paddle boarding, skiing or skinning, chasing a perfect beach day, or hanging with my dogs and hubby!
